Abstracts
All accepted abstracts will be available on the Download Area of the SHC 2012 website for all registered participants.

Accommodation
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is stated in our General Terms and Conditions.

Catering
Food and drinks during the conference are included in the conference fee for all participants.

Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance for registered participants will only be available on-site and cannot be issued after the conference.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place in the evening of Monday 9 July 2012. It is not included in the conference fee. Pre-registration is required.
