Data Protection
The personal information provided by the participants will be held on a database. Credit card information will NOT be stored in this database. The email addresses will be used to circulate the SHC 2012 newsletter, last minute details and announcement of future SHC events and will be handed on to the organizer of the next SHC conference. The data of the participants will not be given to a third party not related to the SHC conference.
Download Area
The Download Area will be online during the conference.
In the password-protected Download Area participants will find the list of participants as well as all accepted abstracts.
Early Bird Registration
Early bird registration was available until May 15, 2012.

If for any reason beyond SHC 2012 reasonable control (including but not limited to: strikes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; acts of terrorism; acts of war; acts of God) it is impossible to run the event, SHC 2012 is relieved of all obligations and reserves the right to retain delegate fees as a contribution to all venue and administrative costs incurred.
